    2 February 2022 Icon shapes will now adapt to the device of the user when creating or modifying a private web app. This means that part of the icon will be masked, so ensure that your icons are formatted following maskable icon guidelines. This change will be rolled out over the next few weeks and will apply to both new web apps and existing web apps that are updated after the roll out.
